Before building my current practice, I spent years interviewing hundreds of aspiring leaders as an International Executive Recruiter. I kept seeing the same pattern: talented professionals underselling themselves, minimizing their achievements, and struggling to communicate their strengths. Watching people shrink in moments that mattered pushed me to act. I wanted to help them express their value with confidence—verbally, non‑verbally, and strategically.
That mission shaped the work I do today.
